SB62-AA33,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB62-AA33,1,2 1. Page 319, line 20: after that line insert:

SB62-AA33,1,5 "1m. The applicant presents valid documentary proof that the applicant is a citizen or national of the United States or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent or temporary residence in the United States.".

SB62-AA33,1,6 2. Page 319, line 22: after that line insert:

SB62-AA33,1,8 "2m. The applicant is neither in default on nor delinquent in making payments towards the qualified subprime loan.".

SB62-AA33,1,9 3. Page 319, line 25: after that line insert:

SB62-AA33,1,11 "3d. Except as provided in subd. 3r., the applicant's income does not exceed the applicable level specified under 26 USC 143 (f).

SB62-AA33,2,2 3r. For the purpose of subd. 3d., no earned income of any minor who will occupy the same eligible property as the applicant may be considered.".
