PI 34.091 PI 34.091 School occupational therapist licensee.

PI 34.091(1) (1) Authorization. A license issued under this section authorizes the license holder to be employed by a school district as a school occupational therapist.

PI 34.091(2) (2) Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a school occupational therapist license under this section to an applicant who is certified as an occupational therapist by the occupational therapists affiliated credentialing board.

PI 34.091(3) (3) Renewal. A license under this subsection is renewable if the applicant remains certified as an occupational therapist by the occupational therapists affiliated credentialing board.

PI 34.091(4) (4) Duration. A license issued under this section is valid for 5 years.

PI 34.095(1) (1) Authorization. A license issued under this section authorizes the license holder to be employed by a school district as a short-term substitute in an educational interpreter assignment.
