AB64,2105 Section 2105. 456.10 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

(2), assess a forfeiture of not more than $1,000 for each separate offense against a person who violates sub. (1) (a) to (d) if the violation presents a serious risk to public health or public safety. Each day of continued violation constitutes a separate offense.
