SB337,5,24 455.11 Penalty. Any person who violates this chapter may be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not exceeding 6 months or both. This section does not apply to a person specified in s. 455.02 (2m) (mt), (mx) or (mz) who violates s. 455.02 (1m).

SB337, s. 18 Section 18. Initial applicability.

SB337,6,2 (1) The treatment of sections 440.215, 455.10 and 455.11 of the statutes first applies to violations that occur on the effective date of this subsection.

SB337, s. 19 Section 19. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the first day of the 6th month beginning after publication, except as follows:

SB337,6,6 (1) The treatment of sections 440.03 (13) (c) and 440.08 (2) (a) 67q. of the statutes takes effect on October 2, 1999.
