The presence of any minor in any factory, workshop or other place of
9employment shall be prima facie evidence of the employment of the minor.

23provided by the county or who is performing services for the victim as restitution is
24exempt from the permit requirement under s. 103.70 (1).

4program or other community service work is exempt from the permit requirement
5under s. 103.70 (1).
