SB40-CSA1,1604,15 12(3x) Minnesota-Wisconsin student reciprocity agreement. The treatment of
13section 39.47 (1), (2), and (3) of the statutes first applies to reimbursement owed
14under the Minnesota-Wisconsin student reciprocity agreement for the 2008-09
