20.370(5)(cs) (cs) Recreation aids — snowmobile trail areas. As a continuing appropriation, from the snowmobile account in the conservation fund an amount equal to the estimated snowmobile gas tax payment, as determined under s. 25.29 (1) (d), for the purposes specified under s. 350.12 (4) (b).

20.370(5)(ct) (ct) Recreation aids — all-terrain vehicle project aids; gas tax payment. As a continuing appropriation, an amount equal to the estimated all-terrain vehicle gas tax payment to provide aid to towns, villages, cities, counties and federal agencies for nonstate all-terrain vehicle projects.

20.370(5)(cu) (cu) Recreation aids — all-terrain vehicle project aids. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule from moneys received from all-terrain vehicle fees under s. 23.33 (2) (c) to (e) to provide aid to towns, villages, cities, counties, and federal agencies for nonstate all-terrain vehicle projects, and to provide grants under s. 23.33 (11m) (g) to counties and municipalities participating in the lightweight utility vehicle pilot program.

20.370(5)(cv) (cv) Recreation aids — all-terrain vehicle landowner incentive program. All moneys received as fees under s. 23.33 (2j) to be used for incentive payments to landowners for public all-terrain vehicle corridors under s. 23.33 (5r).

20.370(5)(cw) (cw) Recreation aids — supplemental snowmobile trail aids. As a continuing appropriation, from the snowmobile account in the conservation fund an amount equal to the amount calculated under s. 350.12 (4) (bg) 2. for the purposes specified in s. 350.12 (4) (b).

20.370(5)(cx) (cx) Recreation aids — all-terrain vehicle safety program. The amounts in the schedule for grants to organizations to assist with the all-terrain vehicle safety program under s. 23.33 (5m) (d).

20.370(5)(cy) (cy) Recreation and resource aids, federal funds. All moneys received from the federal government for aids to localities.

20.370(5)(da) (da) Aids in lieu of taxes — general fund. From the general fund, a sum sufficient to pay aids to municipalities for state lands under ss. 70.113 and 70.114, to the extent that these payments are not made under par. (dq) or (dr).

20.370(5)(dq) (dq) Aids in lieu of taxes — sum sufficient. A sum sufficient to pay aids to municipalities for state lands under s. 70.113.

20.370(5)(dr) (dr) Aids in lieu of taxes — sum certain. The amounts in the schedule to pay aids to municipalities for state lands under s. 70.114.

20.370(5)(dx) (dx) Resource aids — payment in lieu of taxes; federal. All moneys received from the federal government attributable to payments associated with national forest lands for distribution to towns, villages and cities in proportion to the level of municipal services provided and the number of acres of national forest lands within each municipality in accordance with 31 USC 6907.

20.370(5)(ea) (ea) Enforcement aids — spearfishing enforcement. As a continuing appropriation from the general fund, the amounts in the schedule to make payments to counties and municipalities under s. 29.947 to reimburse them for certain law enforcement costs associated with spearfishing.

20.370(5)(eq) (eq) Enforcement aids — boating enforcement. From the moneys received under s. 30.52 (3), the amounts in the schedule for the payment of state aids under s. 30.79, after first deducting the amounts appropriated under sub. (3) (ar).

20.370(5)(er) (er) Enforcement aids — all-terrain vehicle enforcement. The amounts in the schedule from moneys received from all-terrain vehicle fees under s. 23.33 (2) (c) to (e) for local law enforcement aids.

20.370(5)(es) (es) Enforcement aids — snowmobiling enforcement. The amounts in the schedule from the snowmobile account in the conservation fund to provide law enforcement aids to counties as authorized under s. 350.12 (4) (a) 4. to be used exclusively for the enforcement of ch. 350.

20.370(5)(ex) (ex) Enforcement aids — federal funds. All moneys received from the federal government as authorized by the governor under s. 16.54 for aids to localities.

20.370(5)(fq) (fq) Wildlife damage claims and abatement. All moneys received under ss. 29.181, 29.559 (1r), and 29.563 (13) and not appropriated under par. (fr) and subs. (1) (hs) and (Ls) and (5) (fs) to provide state aid for the wildlife damage abatement program under s. 29.889 (5) (c) and the wildlife damage claim program under s. 29.889 (7) (d), for county administration costs under s. 29.889 (2) (d), and for payments under s. 29.89.

20.370(5)(fr) (fr) Wildlife abatement and control grants. Biennially, the amounts in the schedule from moneys received under s. 29.563 (13) for wildlife abatement and control grants under s. 29.887.

20.370(5)(fs) (fs) Venison processing. Biennially, the amounts in the schedule from moneys received under s. 29.563 (13) for the venison processing and donation program under s. 29.89 and for promotional and educational activities and materials to encourage voluntary contributions under s. 29.565.

20.370(5)(ft) (ft) Venison processing; voluntary contributions. 20.370(6)(aa) (aa) Environmental aids; nonpoint source. Biennially, the amounts in the schedule for grants and assistance under the nonpoint source water pollution abatement program under s. 281.65.

20.370(6)(ar) (ar) Environmental aids — lake protection. From the conservation fund, as a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for grants and contracts under ss. 281.68 and 281.69.

20.370(6)(as) (as) Environmental aids—invasive aquatic species. Biennially, from the conservation fund, the amounts in the schedule for grants under s. 23.22 (2) (c) to control invasive species that are aquatic species.

20.370(6)(au) (au) Environmental aids — river protection; environmental fund. From the environmental fund, the amounts in the schedule for river protection grants under s. 281.70. Notwithstanding 20.001 (3) (a), on June 30 of each fiscal year the unencumbered balance in this appropriation account shall be transferred to the appropriation account under par. (ar).

20.370(6)(av) (av) Environmental aids — river protection; conservation fund. From the conservation fund, the amounts in the schedule for river protection grants and contracts under s. 281.70. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), on June 30 of each fiscal year the unencumbered balance in this appropriation account shall be transferred to the appropriation account under par. (ar).

20.370(6)(aw) (aw) Environmental aids — river protection, nonprofit organization contracts. From the conservation fund, as a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for contracts under s. 281.72.

20.370(6)(bj) (bj) Environmental aids — waste reduction and recycling grants and gifts. All moneys received from gifts, grants, bequests, devises and donations relating to waste reduction and recycling to carry out the purpose for which made.
