15(a), (am) and (b) (intro.) and (4) (a) and 45.396 (2), (4), (5) and (8) of the statutes first

24of section 20.866 (2) (s) (by Section 727m) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 1999.

1(1pz) Approval of state building projects. The treatment of section 20.924 (1)
2(b) (by Section 759) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2002, or upon completion
3of acquisition of property sufficient for the construction of a facility to meet the space
4needs of the state law library, the legislative reference bureau library and legislative
5and judicial branch agencies and support staffs.

AB100-ASA1,2063,10 7(1) Justice information system fee. The treatment of sections 20.505 (1) (ja)
8and 814.635 (1) of the statutes and the repeal and recreation of section 20.680 (2) (j)
9of the statutes take effect on October 1, 1997, or on the day after publication,
