Trans 114.01 Trans 114.01 Purpose and scope. As authorized by s. 345.11 (4), Stats., the purpose of this chapter is to establish a uniform traffic citation form and to provide a mechanism for field testing future revisions to the uniform traffic citation form as proposed by the council on uniformity of traffic citations and complaints.
