ATCP 50.92(3)(a)(a) The underground outlet is a necessary component of a manure storage system, barnyard runoff control system, or erosion control system. ATCP 50.92(3)(b)(b) The underground outlet complies with all of the following that apply: ATCP 50.92(3)(b)1.1. NRCS conservation practice standard 606 subsurface drain (June, 2021). ATCP 50.92(3)(b)2.2. NRCS conservation practice standard 620 underground outlet (June, 2021). ATCP 50.92(3)(c)(c) The landowner agrees to maintain the underground outlet for 10 years unless farming operations on the affected land are discontinued. ATCP 50.92 HistoryHistory: CR 01-090: cr. ATCP 50.925ATCP 50.925 Verification of depth to bedrock. ATCP 50.925(1)(1) Definition. In this section, “verification of depth to bedrock” means investigative methods for infield depth to bedrock verification for fields receiving mechanical applications of manure. ATCP 50.925(2)(2) Cost-share eligibility. A cost-share grant under s. ATCP 50.40 may reimburse a landowner for the costs of verifying depth to bedrock in an area subject to s. NR 151.075. ATCP 50.925(3)(3) Eligible costs. A cost-share grant under s. ATCP 50.40 may reimburse any of the following costs related to verification of depth to bedrock: ATCP 50.925(3)(c)(c) Costs associated with implementation of the plan for verification of depth to bedrock using intrusive methods. ATCP 50.925(3)(d)(d) Costs associated with implementation of the plan for verification of depth to bedrock using geophysical methods. ATCP 50.925(3)(e)(e) Costs associated with ground truthing data collected through geophysical methods. ATCP 50.925(3)(f)(f) Costs to develop department field maps as defined in the technical standard 01 verification of depth to bedrock (July, 2021). ATCP 50.925(4)(4) Ineligible costs. Ineligible costs include costs to become a qualified verifier. ATCP 50.925(5)(5) Plans and specifications. A cost-share grant may not reimburse any costs for verification of depth to bedrock unless all of the following conditions are met: ATCP 50.925(5)(a)(a) The verification of depth to bedrock complies with the department technical standard 01 verification of depth to bedrock (July, 2021). ATCP 50.925(5)(b)(b) The following that apply are completed and submitted to the department: ATCP 50.925(5)(b)2.2. Geophysical data map, if applicable, with legend, unit and ground truthing locations. ATCP 50.925(5)(b)5.5. A computer file with tabulated data in spreadsheet format that identifies latitude/longitude coordinates as recorded during the field effort. ATCP 50.925(5)(b)6.6. Field maps depicting intrusive method data points and depth to bedrock, including information below: ATCP 50.925(5)(b)6.a.a. Borings or geophysical survey locations, or both, by recording latitude/longitude coordinates of verification borings and geophysical survey locations using the WGS84 coordinate system.
