1(e) Access and affordability. A profile of enrolled students, including mean per
2capita family income, the percentage of resident and nonresident students who are
3low-income, the percentage of resident and nonresident students who are members
4of minority groups, the number of transfers from other institutions of higher
5education within this state, a description of any improvements made in the transfer
6of credit between institutions of higher education, the number of high school pupils
7who have earned credit, the published cost for resident students and the actual cost
8for resident students once financial aid is subtracted, and increases in available
9institutional financial aid for students with a demonstrated need.
SB30,390,1410 (f) Collegiate transfer program. For the collegiate transfer program, the extent
11of access to courses required for popular undergraduate majors, improvements in
12overall student experience, efforts to close the achievement gap between majority
13and underrepresented minority students, the number of students participating in
14internships or cooperative work experiences, and postgraduation success.
