NR 129.01 NR 129.01 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish rules under s. 87.31, Stats., for administration of the state grant program to provide financial assistance to counties, cities, and villages for topographical mapping of floodplain and shoreland areas to assist in the establishment and the administration of floodplain and shoreland zoning ordinances.
