SPS 4.01 SPS 4.01 Authorization. The following rules are adopted by the department of safety and professional services pursuant to ss. 440.03 (13) (a) and (am), 440.05, 440.06, and 440.07, Stats.

SPS 4.02 SPS 4.02 Definitions.

SPS 4.02(1) (1) “Applicant” means a person who applies for a license, permit, certificate or registration granted by the department or a board.

SPS 4.02(1g) (1g) “Arrest record” means information indicating that an individual has been apprehended, taken into custody or detention, held for investigation, arrested, charged with, indicted or tried for any felony, misdemeanor or other offense pursuant to any law enforcement or military authority.
