AB36-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB36-AA7,1,5 1. Page 3, line 22: delete lines 22 and 23 and substitute: "indemnification, may not exceed the limit under par. (d) for each occurrence on or after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], from all health care providers and all employes of health".

AB36-AA7,1,6 2. Page 3, line 25: delete "for any" and substitute "for any".

AB36-AA7,1,8 3. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute: "action filed on or after June 14, 1986 and before January 1, 1991.".

AB36-AA7,1,11 4. Page 4, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute: "der par. (b) on or after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], shall be $1,000,000 for actions filed on or after June 14, 1986, $350,000".
