AB518-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB518-AA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 11 and substitute:

AB518-AA2,1,3 3“ Section 1c. 703.20 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB518-AA2,1,84 703.20 (2) Disclosure information. Within 10 days after a request by a seller
5other than the declarant, an association shall furnish the information necessary for
6the seller to comply with s. 703.33. The association shall provide documentation of
7the actual costs of furnishing the information to the seller, and the seller shall pay
8the association the documented actual costs of furnishing the information.”.

AB518-AA2,1,11 92. Page 4, line 21: delete the material beginning with “The" and ending with
10“first apply" on line 23 and substitute “The treatment of section 703.20 (2) of the
11statutes first applies”.
