AB93-AA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 10: delete the material beginning with “, or the person" and ending with “current petition" on line 12.

AB93-AA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 3: after “disposition." insert “If the court does not order that the record be expunged under this subdivision, the person may file a subsequent petition under this subdivision only if at least 2 years have passed since he or she filed the previous petition.”.
