relating to: state purchase of a
2Justice Center building and granting bonding authority.

This bill increases the authorized program revenue supported borrowing
authority of the state by $42,600,000 for the 1999-2001 fiscal biennium for the
purpose of purchasing a Justice Center building.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

Building commission; housing state departments and agencies. 5From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to the building commission for
6the purpose of housing state departments and agencies. The state may contract
7public debt in an amount not to exceed
