Section
1. Special order scheduled. The following proposal shall be a
4special order of business on Wednesday, November 5, 2003, at the time shown:

(1) At 9:01 a.m., 2003 Senate Bill 214,
relating to: carrying or going armed
5with a concealed weapon, requiring the exercise of rule-making authority,
6making appropriations, and providing penalties.

2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
