This bill provides additional funding to the Department of Health Services for
respite care under the Alzheimer's Family and Caregiver Support Program.

enact as follows:

AB787,1,84 (1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation
5to the department of health services under section 20.435 (7) (b) of the statutes, as
6affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2016-17 is increased
7by $1,000,000 to pay for respite care under the Alzheimer's family and caregiver
8support program under section 46.87 of the statutes.
