1An Act relating to: repealing a rule of the Department of Transportation
2related to the purchase of school buses for school transportation.

Currently, a Department of Transportation rule prohibits the purchase for use
in school transportation of a school bus previously titled and registered in another
state or jurisdiction if the bus is more than five years old. This bill eliminates this

enact as follows:
Trans 300.13 (intro.) of the administrative code is repealed.
Notwithstanding section 227.265 of the statutes, this act takes effect on the 6
day after publication.
