121.02 (1) (L) 7. of the statutes; relating to: incorporating
2financial literacy into the curriculum of public schools.

This bill directs each school board to adopt academic standards for financial
literacy and incorporate instruction in financial literacy into the curriculum in
grades kindergarten to 12.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
121.02 (1) (L) 7. of the statutes is created to read:
(L) 7. Adopt academic standards for financial literacy and 5
incorporate instruction in financial literacy into the curriculum in grades 6
kindergarten to 12.
