1995 WISCONSIN ACT 340
An Act to amend 939.64 (2) of the statutes; relating to: wearing a bulletproof vest while committing a felony and providing a penalty.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
340,1 Section 1 . 939.64 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:
939.64 (2) If a person commits a felony while wearing a bulletproof garment, the maximum term of imprisonment prescribed by law for that crime may be increased by 5 10 years.
340,2 Section 2 . Initial applicability.
(1)  This act first applies to offenses committed on the effective date of this subsection.
