An Act to amend 29.6425 (1) (intro.) of the statutes; relating to: revocation or suspension of the privilege to engage in a fish or game activity and providing a penalty.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
196,1 Section 1 . 29.6425 (1) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
29.6425 (1) (intro.) Any person who was issued has had an approval or a privilege under this chapter that has been revoked or suspended by a court and who engages in the activity authorized by the approval or in the privilege during the period of revocation or suspension is subject to the following penalties, in addition to any other penalty imposed for failure to have the an approval:
