2017 WISCONSIN ACT 291
An Act to create 323.12 (4) (e) of the statutes; relating to: waiver of certain fees during a declared state of emergency.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
291,1 Section 1. 323.12 (4) (e) of the statutes is created to read:
323.12 (4) (e) At his or her discretion, waive any fee required by the state for the replacement of a permit, license, approval, or other authorization for a person who resides or is headquartered in the area to which the governor's executive order under s. 323.10 applies and whose permit, license, approval, or other authorization is lost or destroyed in connection with the state of emergency.
