2021 WISCONSIN ACT 160
An Act relating to: exclusion of certain military allowances in determining gross income for purposes of child support.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
160,1 Section 1 . DCF 150.02 (13) (a) 8. of the administrative code is amended to read:
DCF 150.02 (13) (a) 8. Military Veterans disability compensation benefits and military allowances and veterans disability compensation benefits, including basic allowances for subsistence and housing, but excluding amounts attributable to area variable housing costs.
160,2 Section 2 . Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to child support orders entered on the effective date of this subsection.
