Phar 4.02 Phar 4.02Competencies tested. Competencies are tested by examination as follows:
Phar 4.02(1) (1) The multi-state pharmacy jurisprudence examination shall determine an applicant's competence to practice within federal laws and regulations and Wisconsin laws and rules governing the practice of pharmacy.
Phar 4.02(3) (3) NAPLEX shall determine an applicant's competence in the basic principles and professional areas within the practice of pharmacy.
Phar 4.02(4) (4) An otherwise qualified applicant shall be provided with reasonable accommodations, as required by the Americans with disabilities act.

Phar 4.03 Phar 4.03Passing scores.
Phar 4.03(1) (1) The passing scores set by the board represent the minimum competency required to protect public health and safety. The board may adopt the recommended passing score of the examination provider.
Phar 4.03(2) (2) Each examination specified in s. Phar 4.02 is scored separately. An applicant shall achieve a passing score on each required examination to qualify for licensure.

Phar 4.035 Phar 4.035Unauthorized assistance. An applicant may not give or receive unauthorized assistance during the examination. The action taken by the board when unauthorized assistance occurs shall be related to the seriousness of the offense. These actions may include withholding the scope of the applicant, entering a failing grade for the applicant, and suspending the ability of the applicant to sit for the next scheduled examination after the examination in which the unauthorized assistance occurred.
