AB1038-AA13,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1038-AA13,1,3 1. Page 12, line 3: delete "(a) Except as provided in par. (b), a" and substitute "A".

AB1038-AA13,1,8 2. Page 12, line 5: delete lines 5 to 19 and substitute: "landlord, within 21 days after the day on which the tenant surrenders the premises. The day on which the tenant surrenders the premises is the day specified by the tenant in any notice to the landlord that the tenant would vacate the premises or the day on which, the landlord has reason to know, the tenant actually vacated the premises.".
