AB1038-AA21,1,4 1. Page 14, line 23: delete the material beginning with "war" and ending with "conditions" on line 24, and substitute: "labor stoppage, unavailability of supplies or materials, unavoidable casualties".

AB1038-AA21,1,5 2. Page 15, line 2: delete "anticipated".
