AB1048-ASA1-AA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 17: before "in" insert: ", and an additional amount of $12,000,000 to be distributed through the pioneer partners' grant program,".

AB1048-ASA1-AA1-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 18: delete "an appropriation is" and substitute: "appropriations are"; and delete "amount" and substitute "amounts".
