AB1076-ASA2-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1076-ASA2-AA4,1,2 1. Page 7, line 7: after that line insert:

AB1076-ASA2-AA4,1,3 " Section 25g. 134.66 (2) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1076-ASA2-AA4,1,5 134.66 (2) (f) 1. No retailer may offer for sale cigarettes or tobacco products in a manner that results in their being directly accessible to the public.

AB1076-ASA2-AA4,1,8 2. No retailer or retailer's employe or agent may sell, exchange or barter cigarettes or tobacco products to another person unless the retailer or his or her employe or agent assists that person in obtaining the cigarettes or tobacco products.

AB1076-ASA2-AA4,1,10 3. Subdivisions 1. and 2. do not apply to the sale of cigarettes or tobacco products from tobacco vending machines.".

AB1076-ASA2-AA4,1,12 " Section 28g. 134.66 (4) (a) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB1076-ASA2-AA4,2,3 134.66 (4) (a) 1. In this paragraph, "violation" means a violation of sub. (2) (a), (c), (cm), (d) or (e) or a local ordinance which strictly conforms to sub. (2) (a), (c), (cm), (d) or (e) that is enacted in compliance with sub. (5).".
