AB13-ASA1-AA23,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB13-ASA1-AA23,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute:

AB13-ASA1-AA23,1,3 "943.13 (1) Whoever does any of the following is subject to a Class B forfeiture:

AB13-ASA1-AA23,1,5 (a) Enters or remains on any land of another without the express or implied consent of the owner or occupant.

AB13-ASA1-AA23,1,9 (b) Applies an aboveground chemical treatment for pest or plant control on his or her land or on other land on which he or she has consent to apply the chemical treatment, and during the application allows the chemical treatment to land on the land of another without the express consent of the owner of that land.".
