AB130-AA42,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB130-AA42,1,2 1. Page 80, line 17: after that line insert:

AB130-AA42,1,4 " Section 235m. 48.33 (1) (f) of the statutes, as created by 1993 Wisconsin Act 377, is repealed.".

AB130-AA42,1,5 2. Page 92, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10 and substitute:

AB130-AA42,1,7 " Section 331m. 48.45 (1m) (a) of the statutes, as affected by 1993 Wisconsin Act 377, is amended to read:

AB130-AA42,1,14 48.45 (1m) (a) In a proceeding in which a child has been adjudicated delinquent or has been found to be in need of protection or services, the judge may order the child's parent, guardian or legal custodian to comply with any conditions determined by the judge to be necessary for the child's welfare. An order under this paragraph may include an order to participate in mental health treatment, anger management, individual or family counseling or parent training and education and to make a reasonable contribution, based on ability to pay, toward the cost of those services.".
