AB146-AA17,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB146-AA17,1,2 1. Page 1, line 10: after "child" insert ", making an appropriation".

AB146-AA17,1,3 2. Page 14, line 24: after that line insert:

AB146-AA17,1,4 " Section 45m. Appropriation changes; justice.

AB146-AA17,1,11 (1) Additional positions. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of justice under section 20.455 (1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $54,400 for fiscal year 1995-96 and the dollar amount is increased by $54,400 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department by 0.5 GPR attorney position for criminal litigation and by 0.5 GPR attorney position for criminal appeals.".
