AB150-SA79,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB150-SA79,1,5 1. Page 213, line 7: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $1,512,400 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $2,027,700 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the University of Wisconsin System by 27.55 GPR positions.

AB150-SA79,1,9 2. Page 216, line 16: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $340,100 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $453,400 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the University of Wisconsin System by 14.88 GPR positions.

AB150-SA79,1,13 3. Page 261, line 3: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $311,200 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $414,900 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department of corrections by 6.2 GPR positions.

AB150-SA79,2,2 4. Page 263, line 10: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $82,900 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $110,500 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department of corrections by 2.0 PR positions.

AB150-SA79,2,18 "(24g) Efficiency measures. By September 1, 1995, the department of administration shall submit a request to the governor and the joint committee on finance indicating how savings in fiscal year 1995-96 of $2,246,600 and in fiscal year 1996-97 of $3,006,500 resulting from budgetary efficiency measures should be allocated among the department's appropriations. The request shall include a specific plan for implementing the reductions that identifies the programs, positions and expenditure categories to be eliminated or reduced. If the cochairpersons of the committee do not notify the department of administration that the committee has scheduled a meeting for the purpose of reviewing the request within 14 working days after the date of the department's submittal, the request may be implemented as proposed by the department. If, within 14 working days after the date of the department's submittal, the cochairpersons of the committee notify the department that the committee has scheduled a meeting for the purpose of reviewing the proposed request, the request may be implemented only upon approval of the committee.".
