AB197-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB197-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute:

AB197-AA1,1,4 "(b) If the attorney general makes the certification under s. 125.032, 19 years of age for the following persons:

AB197-AA1,1,5 1. A person carrying an official identification card, as defined in s. 125.085 (1).

AB197-AA1,1,8 2. A person carrying an identification card that identifies that person as a student at an institution of higher education, as defined in s. 39.32 (1) (a), that is located in this state.

AB197-AA1,1,11 3. A person carrying a military identification card that identifies that person as a member of the U.S. armed forces, as defined in s. 40.02 (57m), or of any reserve or auxiliary unit of the U.S. armed forces or of the Wisconsin national guard.".
