AB21-AA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-AA11,1,2 1. Page 9, line 9: delete "recipient's family" and substitute "recipient".

AB21-AA11,1,3 2. Page 9, line 19: delete "subd. 2." and substitute "subds. 2. and 3.".

AB21-AA11,1,4 3. Page 9, line 20: delete "recipient's family" and substitute "recipient".

AB21-AA11,1,5 4. Page 10, line 9: after "2." insert "Except as provided in subd. 3.:".

AB21-AA11,1,6 5. Page 10, line 20: after that line insert:

AB21-AA11,1,14 "3. If the amount of the grant determined under this paragraph is less than the amount of the grant that the recipient's family would have received under s. 49.19 if a waiver under this subsection were not in effect and if no adults were included in determining the amount of the grant, the department shall pay a grant to the recipient, in the form of a voucher that may be used only for shelter expenses, in an amount equal to the amount that the recipient's family would have received under s. 49.19 if a waiver under this subsection were not in effect and if no adults were included in determining the amount of the grant.".
