SENATE AMENDMENT 11, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 21

AB21-SA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-SA11,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: after the semicolon insert: "adolescent pregnancy prevention and pregnancy services;".

AB21-SA11,1,4 2. Page 13, line 25: after that line insert:

AB21-SA11,1,5 "(5m) Adolescent pregnancy prevention.

AB21-SA11,1,11 (a) General program operations. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the adolescent pregnancy prevention and pregnancy services board under section 20.434 (1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $6,300 for fiscal year 1995-96 and the dollar amount is increased by $6,300 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB21-SA11,2,2 (b) Grants to organizations. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the adolescent pregnancy prevention and pregnancy services board under section 20.434 (1) (b) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $27,500 for fiscal year 1995-96 and the dollar amount is increased by $194,500 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.".
