AB211-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB211-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 8: delete that line and substitute:

AB211-AA1,1,4 3"756.096 (3) (am) 1. Except as provided in subd. 2., a jury in misdemeanor cases
4shall consist of 6 persons.

AB211-AA1,1,85 2. A jury in a misdemeanor case shall consist of 12 persons if the maximum
6term of imprisonment that could be imposed on the defendant exceeds 12 months
7because of additional imprisonment authorized by any applicable penalty
8enhancement statutes.".
