AB211-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB211-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 8: delete that line and substitute:

AB211-AA2,1,6 "756.096 (3) (am) 1. A jury in misdemeanor cases shall consist of 6 persons if, before impaneling the 6-person jury, the court makes a written finding with respect to the case being tried that the persons that have been summoned for jury service represent a fair cross section of the population of the area served by the court.

AB211-AA2,1,8 2. A jury in a misdemeanor case shall consist of 12 persons if the court does not make the findings specified in subd. 1.".

AB211-AA2,1,10 2. Page 2, line 7: after " case" insert "or in a misdemeanor case to which s. 756.096 (3) (am) 2. applies".

AB211-AA2,1,11 3. Page 2, line 10: after " case" insert "to which s. 756.096 (3) (am) 1. applies".
