AB29-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB29-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute:

AB29-AA1,1,5 "49.02 (2) No employe of a general relief agency may accept an application for general relief unless the employe first applies for appointment as and becomes a notary public under s. 137.01. Neither a general relief agency nor its employes".

AB29-AA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute: "prescribed by the department and shall be sworn and notarized. No employe of a county department under s. 46.215, 46.22 or 46.23 may accept an application for aid unless the employe first applies for appointment as and becomes".
