AB375-AA6,1,2 1. Page 3, line 25: after that line insert:

AB375-AA6,1,7 "(3) Notwithstanding sub. (2), whenever a county holds a referendum relating to authorizing the construction, repair, rehabilitation or improvement of a county jail facility, or relating to the location or financing of such a facility, the county may hold the referendum on any date that is at least 45 days after the date that the referendum is ordered to be held.".
