AB386-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB386-AA2,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:
AB386-AA2,1,3 3" Section 1. 100.18 (11) (b) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:
AB386-AA2,1,154 100.18 (11) (b) 2. Any person suffering pecuniary loss because of a violation of
5this section by any other person may sue in any court of competent jurisdiction and
6shall recover such pecuniary loss, together with costs, including reasonable attorney
7fees, except that no attorney fees may be recovered from a person licensed or
8registered under ch. 452 while that person is engaged in real estate practice, as
9defined in s. 452.01 (6)
. Any person suffering pecuniary loss because of a violation
10by any other person of any injunction issued under this section may sue for damages
11therefor in any court of competent jurisdiction and shall recover twice the amount
12of such pecuniary loss, together with costs, including reasonable attorney fees,
13except that no attorney fees may be recovered from a person licensed or registered
14under ch. 452 while that person is engaged in real estate practice, as defined in s.
15452.01 (6)
