AB386-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: on page 1, line 9, of the material inserted by assembly amendment 2, before the plain period insert: ", unless subd. 2m. applies".

AB386-SA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 4: on page 1, line 15, of the material inserted by assembly amendment 2, before the first plain period insert: ", unless subd. 2m. applies".

AB386-SA1,1,7 3. Page 1, line 4: before that line, after the material inserted by assembly amendment 2, insert:

AB386-SA1,1,8 " Section 1g. 100.18 (11) (b) 2m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB386-SA1,1,11 100.18 (11) (b) 2m. A person may recover attorney fees under subd. 2. from a person licensed under ch. 452 if the licensee intentionally violated this section while the licensee was engaged in real estate practice, as defined in s. 452.01 (6).".
