AB424-SA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: substitute "exemptions" for "an exemption".

AB424-SA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 1, line 3: after "Oak Creek" insert "and for Lake Hayward".

AB424-SA1-AA2,1,4 3. Page 1, line 8: before "Notwithstanding" insert "(1)".

AB424-SA1-AA2,1,5 4. Page 1, line 9: after "30.12," insert "30.15,".

AB424-SA1-AA2,1,6 5. Page 1, line 13: before the quotation mark insert:

AB424-SA1-AA2,1,12 "(2) Notwithstanding ss. 30.12, 30.15 and 30.294, the Lumberjack World Championship Foundation may not be required to remove any structure or deposit that was placed in Lake Hayward by the foundation and that is in place on the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date], and the foundation may continue to maintain the structure or deposit without having a permit or other approval from the department.".
