AB441-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB441-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 5, line 9: delete lines 9 to 14 and substitute:

AB441-ASA1-AA2,1,5 "(d) "Medical emergency" means the existence of circumstances, in a physician's medical judgment based on the facts of the case before the physician, that complicate a pregnancy so as to require an immediate abortion.".

AB441-ASA1-AA2,1,7 2. Page 14, line 5: delete lines 5 to 7 and substitute ". If possible, the physician shall obtain".
