AB441-ASA1-AA26,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB441-ASA1-AA26,1,2 1. Page 15, line 15: delete "defense." and substitute "defenses. (a)".

AB441-ASA1-AA26,1,3 2. Page 15, line 22: after that line insert:

AB441-ASA1-AA26,1,7 "(b) No person is liable under sub. (5) or (6) or under s. 441.07 (1) (f) or 457.26 (2) (gm) for failure to orally inform the woman as required under sub. (3) (c) 1. or 2. if the failure results from refusal by the woman to listen to all or any of the information required to be provided under sub. (3) (c) 1. or 2.

AB441-ASA1-AA26,1,11 (c) No person who complies in good faith with the requirements to provide materials under sub. (3) (c) 2. d. or to provide a description of materials under sub. (3) (c) 2. e. or f. is liable under sub. (5) or (6) or under s. 441.07 (1) (f) or 457.26 (2) (gm) for any deceitfulness or inaccuracy of the materials.".
