AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,2 1. Page 5, line 9: delete lines 9 to 14.

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,4 2. Page 6, line 11: delete "if a medical emergency exists" and substitute "as provided in sub. (3m)".

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,5 3. Page 9, line 3: delete lines 3 to 7.

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,7 4. Page 11, line 21: on lines 21 and 22, delete "if she has received a diagnosis that her unborn child has a disability or".

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,8 5. Page 14, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10.

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,9 6. Page 14, line 18: after that line insert:

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,11 "(3m) Inapplicability. This section does not apply if any of the following circumstances exists:

AB441-ASA1-AA30,1,13 (a) A woman who is seeking an abortion has received a diagnosis of terminal illness, disability or severe deformity for the fetus.

AB441-ASA1-AA30,2,3 (b) A physician's medical judgment based on the facts of the case before him or her is that circumstances exist that complicate a woman's pregnancy so as to require an immediate abortion for her.".
