AB444-ASA1-AA5,1,4 " Section 3m. Subchapter VI of chapter 111 [precedes 111.95] of the statutes is created to read:

AB444-ASA1-AA5,1,8 SuBchapter VI complaints concerning employment of county jail prisoners

AB444-ASA1-AA5,2,2 111.95 Complaints concerning employment of county jail prisoners. Any person who believes that he or she has been adversely affected by a violation of s. 303.10 (4) may, within 30 days after the alleged violation occurs, file a complaint with the employment relations commission. The commission shall receive and process the complaints. If the commission determines, after investigation, that probable cause exists to believe a violation of s. 303.10 (4) has occurred, the commission shall proceed with notice and a hearing on the complaint as provided in ch. 227.".
