AB528-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB528-SA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute: "leaving it shall forfeit not more than $100 for the first offense and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days or both for each subsequent offense.".

AB528-SA2,1,5 2. Page 1, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute:

AB528-SA2,1,8 "(1) This act first applies to offenses committed on the effective date of this subsection, but does not preclude the counting of other offenses as prior offenses for sentencing a person.".
