AB557-ASA1-AA20,1,3 1. Page 3, line 15: after the semicolon insert: "digitized images and signatures;".

AB557-ASA1-AA20,1,4 2. Page 56, line 23: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA1-AA20,1,5 " Section 142. 343.01 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB557-ASA1-AA20,1,7 343.01 (2) (d) "Photograph" means an unretouched image recorded by a camera and reproduced on a photosensitive surface, or a digitized image.".

AB557-ASA1-AA20,1,8 3. Page 57, line 5: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA1-AA20,1,9 " Section 143m. 343.027 of the statutes is created to read:

AB557-ASA1-AA20,1,13 343.027 Confidentiality of signatures. Any signature collected under this chapter may be maintained by the department and shall be kept confidential. The department may release a signature or a facsimile of a signature only to the person to whom the signature relates.".

AB557-ASA1-AA20, s. 164 Section 164. 343.14 (3) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB557-ASA1-AA20,2,6 343.14 (3) (b) Any photograph taken of an applicant under par. (a) or s. 343.50 (4) may be maintained by the department and shall be kept confidential. The department may release a photograph only to the person whose photograph was taken.".
